You need an active website for the full setup — pixel and tracking require a live site. If your site isn’t ready yet, we can run a WhatsApp-only campaign in the interim. We’ll sort this out on the clarity call.
Yes — always. You create your own Meta Business Manager and ad account. I access it as a Partner, never as an owner. If we stop working together, you keep everything — campaigns, audiences, pixel history, creatives. Nothing is lost.
